SHIPPING
We ship all orders via United Parcel Service, F.O.B. our plant.

TERMS
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and money orders. Purchase orders from school districts and governmental units may be accepted.

CANCELED ORDERS
We ship all orders promptly to accommodate your fast turnaround needs. Once your order has been shipped you are responsible for shipping and restocking charges.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
Please make damage claims promptly with the carrier. Damages should be noted on the freight receipt. We'll assist you although we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.

RETURNS
With prior approval from us, returns will be accepted if within 30 days of order and blanks are in undamaged, saleable condition. However, we do charge a 15% refurbishing fee for repacking and restocking.
